I have hit a milestone of sorts with my ride and I just wanted to share it with those who may have doubts as to whether or not an old car can be dependable, for daily use.
As I was driving to work today, my odometer turned over to 60,000 miles. It has been on the road for almost 4 years and is driven daily, rain or shine. Certainly not a big deal for some, but it kind of made me feel good that something that I have built from the frame up, all in my garage, hasn't left me stranded once on the road. I have added a few pictures. Ahh memories............
I guess after owning 3 times I will keep it, but that's another story.........

Yeah man that is what I'm talkin about! I have the same thought of someday building my comuter car in my garage, my way :D ! You have achieved something most "car guys" can't. I don't want to bash anyone myself included, but after all the hard work we don't want to get it dirty or let the rust that never sleeps come back any sooner than needed. True daily drivers are few and far between!

An absolute testimony to the best hot rodding has to offer. How can you beat a recycled auto providing basic transportation for those miles while also being a fun alternative to the ho-hum offerings that could be transporting the owner. A better example of win/win would be hard to find in my opinion.
