    good afternoon,
you must have an extensive collection of great racing photos. Do you have anything with the Czarnecki Brothers coupes? I own the last of three coupes they built. The roof has two reverse scoops on it and a real strange paint job. Alot of scalloping on the doors and trunk deck. The car was driven by the late Bob Stefanik and then by Ronnie Wycoff. Jake hafke did the paint work on the car.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Denny, I know you had a great racing career! Indy and all! But I'll always remember you as a member of "The Eastern Bandits"! I've been following the Modifieds for 50 years and can still be found in the pits throughout the Northeast. But nothing can compare to those great days of the Bandits. When you guys came to town the quality of racing and the excitement in the grandstands was at an all-time high. "Thanks for the memories"!

George Meade, Thank You Sir, I appreciate that. One of the many lessons Eddie was always telling was, the fans in the grandstand are paying your way, so put on a good show, make it exciting and they will be back next week and maybe bring a friend with them.
While I'm on the subject a couple other Flemke isums

You can't win the race in the first lap but you can sure loose the race in the first lap.

The first car to finish wins the race period.... Even though it may not have been the fastest.

I spent many a Sunday night at Old Bridge. I often ended up with a stiff neck from turning around to look at the entrance road to see if the "bandits" were going to make it on time, which it seems you always did with just minutes to spare. :)

BTW, didn't Bobby Brack make some of those trips south in 64' ?

Ken, Thanks for helping me out there.
The 121 was at Riverside Park...George Lombardo drove it for Norm Keiss most of the time. Can't remember why I drove it a couple of nights, I asked George and he can't remember either. (maybe driver musical chairs, you know how that goes in racing).
The 4 and 4x was my car (that I built and drove) those were the "Bandit" days.
The 11 midget was Paul Young's. That picture was taken at Westboro Speedway, I think that night was my first time in a midget, boy was that fun.
The 59 was my own sprint car, my first year in URC.
I will try and attach a picture of the Don Colling sprinter I drove my second year in URC.
The Indy car is Frank Fiore Senior's car, my Rookie year at Indy. His son Frank Jr is restoring it.
And of course the little blue midget is at Whip City this past year, it belongs to Skip Matczak who allowed me to relive my racing days again.

Gotta go now but I will look around and find a picture of the Canadian sprinter I drove for Don Colling. Denny Z
