    I'm sorry if I am repeating something from 100 pages back, but have you all seen these two groups?

    They seem to have the right idea. Am I right in thinking they are running straight sixes to keep speeds and costs down? Are there any groups like this in the Northeast? Sure looks like a fun way to spend a Saturday.

    I don't know if I've said before, but the pics of Gober Sosbee and the Cherokee Garage are actually from the 50's. Gober raced from 1940-1964 and drove the 39' Ford from 1940 to 1951. I know because I know the family, his widow, Vaudell, and his two sons who also raced David and Brian. In fact, Gober's restored 39' is on permanent loan to the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame where I volunteer, and Vaudell, David, and Brian are all volunteers too.
