The name doesn't ring a bell.

All the photos from Stafford, Riverside Park, Thompson, Spencer, Shangra-La, Westboro, Star, MadDog, Claremont, Pocono, Trenton, Islip, Riverhead...

I could name off most of the drivers in the pics... Would like to see more pics of the Riverside Park 500.

The mini modified photo (BF's post 8853 page 443) T-5 was Dave Humphrey with all the cars parked on the track, I believe taken at Westboro Speedway?, might have been the World of Mini Bandits tour show. I wonder if it's the same night Pete Fiandaca took down the flagstand (I think he was driving the 77). That was a trip. I was sitting right behind the flagstand when it happened.

  8. Post #9027:

Doug Garrison in the Gordon Ross #19. Must be a 100 lap Open Comp show. There's a BBC under the hood.

    Post #9028:

Tommy Correllis in the John Warren/Billy Young #28. Butch Jelley would later drive this car. Then I think Dave Leckonby got it.

Driver of the 194 was Ed Cormie. I was the Treasurer of CODA when it first formed and I was the one who came up with the name CODA which stood for Claremont Owners and Drivers Association. Either Glen or Kirt Wirkaala (spelling), owners of the 121 driven by Punky Caron was secretary of the association.

  19. A lot of of new photos by the way come from Cystal Snape, her father, Jim Snape, he did a lot of work in Ma., Vt. N.H., Maine tracks. I just wanted to send out the thank you for sharing her father's memories, thank you guys for explaining some of the shots also, KEEP HISTORY ALIVE!

  20. Also soon you will be seeing images from The Rich Oakley Collection, as our fellow H.A.M.B. member Rich has allowed me to use his photos here. Rich has some good stuff from the pinto/vega days as they entered the troyer style mods all over the northeast. I will mostly be picking through the pinto and vega style mods with a sprinkle here and here of something newer.

I still got tons of other stuff also, so you will still be seeing a big mix of coupes/sedans to later style mods!:)

Just a clarification Pete, not a collection per se, but it's stuff that I shot.
