Henry Caputo owned the 11 and 111 before Chris Drellos bought both of them on the recommendation of Shoemaker. They had many different drivers in the 11 but the most effective was Pete Corey in 1963. The cars were sold after 1963 season, one going to Frank Trinkhaus which was the car that Lou Smith was killed in at Fonda and another to Ernie Gahan which he used to win the 1966 Modified NASCAR National Modified Championship.

The no. 1 offset coupe is in racing condition . Jimmy Blewitt ran 5 laps at Riverhead Raceway August of 2008 and was fast enough to make the Modified Tour show in the middle of the pack with only 5 laps in the car. Teddy Christopher may be the guy in 2009. I own the car and like to see only fast guys run it. Its parked at the Jarzombek race shop and can be seen there.

Hope these aren't too old for this. New Bremen Speedway. Taken by an 11 year old with an old box camera.
