Bullfather,
Hal Hoose had a racing buddy named Cecil Kiester(sp?) who was killed in a coupe. Do you have any pictures of or information about him?

 

The only thing I came up with was info on a guy named Ron Keister who raced 4 late model races and died in 1976.http://www.motorsportmemorial.org/focus.php?db=ct&n=6877
