60 El Camino 700R4 conversion

Hi guys, new to the H.A.M.B. but i liked what I read and saw so I joined up!

Question: I have a 1960 El Camino, with an orginal 283 with a Turboglide Transmission. I want to put a 700R4 trans in it. I would like to know what years 700r4 will work with the original cable speedo drive?

I used 700r4 trany out of 90 Astro Van. Just changed cable drive gears in it for original speedo cable. Bought needed parts from ebay. 88-92 would be the best 700r4 to look for.
