I've searched the forum and can't seem to find someone who repairs printed circuit boards. Do you guys or gals have sources for this? I have swapped out known good bulbs, checked power and ground circuits and all seems good. Is there a way to test these or repair the printed circuit? I've checked some computer forums and man....they have their own language. Any help?

Have you tested for power at the bulb socket? If no power follow the printed circuit copper conductors back to the plug. Look for breaks in the flat copper conductors, scratches can break the current path also. If you find a break, you can bridge it with solder or solder a wire to each side of the break. If you find no breaks check for power at the circuit board plug. If no power there the dash is not the problem.

If all else fails you can shyster in a bulb socket with a wire and make sure it's got a ground.

They're pretty easy to fix, especially boards that are 50+ years old, because they have pretty thick copper traces on them. When you find the breaks, all you have to do is s****e the coating off until you get to pure copper, then solder a small wire across the gap. The circuit board plug, if there is one, is the most likely place there is a break, or bad solder joint. Are your bulb holders good? It could also be a bad dimmer rheostat on the light switch, try turning the light switch knob.
