I have a very nice mostly stock 1936 ford pickup. It has very old Firestone bias ply tires that look new with nubs still showing. I need to replace them. I have searched Coker tires and most say they are out of round and take way too much weight to balance. My question is, does Coker make all the other tire they sell, Firestone, Goodrich? I have 35 Ford wires on it and have to run tubed in radials.
As everything else, tires are very expensive, and want to get my money's worth. I need your input on tires and where to buy them. Thanks Ron

  2. You might look at Kelsey Tires in Camdenton Missouri. The have a big variety.

  3. I had Coker 600-16 bias Firestone ply tires on my 32 sedan, never had a problem and they were on Kelsey-Hayes bent spoke wires.

I honestly believe a lot of complaints are from people that have never had bias ply tires, they are not radial tires and don't act like radials. HRP
