HI guys, I'm building a recreation period altered over here in the uk. I'm building it with short wheelbase and old school features. I'm using a rover v8/ Buick 215 motor A. because it was cheap and B. Because my Mrs bought it for me. Does anyone else out there run one and could they advise me on how to ring every ounce of go out of it .

Man, you picked a tough one. I wish I had advice for you, but unfortunately, I do not. Good luck on the build.

Based on the 215 Buick engine Hilborn made a fuel injector for it along with some Vertex magnetos and there could be some still around. From that point , just a normal high performance build with good parts.
alkydigger has a hilborn unit for $2500 (US) consider getting the motor as a gift the cheapest part of the build
