    Seems like someone is converting generators to alternators? Just can't remember who. Thanks.

    The way they do it on the old Indian bikes is to hollow it out, and there is a little tractor alternator (Kobelco IIRC) that slips right inside with just a little t*******

    The little Kubota alternators are 30 amps.

    Powermaster comes to mind, but no experience with them.

    If that's what's being put in the generator housing, you're not gaining any more amps than staying with the generator.
