I stopped by Phil's home shop yesterday for a close up look at his coupe. Pictures don't do it justice, the fit, finish, and well thought out design of this coupe is outstanding especially considering he is not a professional builder and built it at his home shop. I was also treated to a demo ride and this thing goes as good as it looks. He calls it the "White Whale", the "White Shark" might be more appropriate. Well done Phil.

Added a 3 piece custom hood. I plan to add louvers.

Switched to 4 deuces. Gonna have to redo the hood now. Runs much better than the dual quads!

Very satisfying build, lots of nice details.
4 deuces is a neat touch.
    Carry on!

Blew up my motor at the Top Secret drags in 2024. Rebuilt it and switched to my Cragar intake. Took it back to TSD this past September. Ran great.

I love the pinched front frame rails!
It looks like you wrapped a few inches of the outer sides of the frame around the front crossmember?
    Got any under-construction pictures?

I don’t have pics of the pinch . Its a narrow, flat crossmember. The frame rails were pinched in from the firewall forward.
