That's always good to hear every once in a while. :D

No problem man. Like I said, I'm a fan, so when I find a pic I scoop it up. I'm hoping someone else has more. I've never seen a full shot of the car in color, only the one close-up with the fade paint.

  13. I've posted these before but figured I'd run them up again.Mostly from the Autorama in Boston ca.1963.The other one(the chopped and sectioned 54 Merc)was at Tedeschi's Market(the flywheels auto show in Braintree MA)a little before that.Supposedly this car still exists hidden away in a garage.

Why do I get the feeling this car was painted many different colors?

What a great thread, this is an era when headlight arrangement was elevated to a true art form.

    it's right up there!

some guys go nuts for pics of lakes racing, etc. for some of us these 60's pics are the shit!:D especially the large color pics of cars you don't see much. there were certainly a lot of turds during that era, but still lots of perfectly done customs.

    more please!

Yep, that one does it for me, too..... reminds me of the car shows I would go to as a kid for some reason.... I look at that and I can smell the old IMA sports arena in Flint, MI, where I grew up.... :)

great post.. For those that feel they dont contribute, here is a easy way. get out your old mags and scan some pictures (or take close up pictures) for us guys that dont own any old mags. Lets see more of those early '60 show cars..
