    I think it looks bitchin. I'm going a similar direction with my coupe. My only suggestion would be to either go with Radir or Hurst cheater slicks, if you haven't bought the firestones. I think the firestones look too balloony as well and don't have the period pie crust look as the Radirs or Hursts. Keep it up, I look forward to seeing progress on this build.

    Hell yeah I love the 60's style. I think it should look a little cartoonish and over the top. I vote for the brandy wine and gold frame.

    Personally, I like the "cartoon" look of this car. It actually reminds me of something from a Roth Tshirt, or from the pages of Car Toons. Those spindle mounts look great, but I'm really glad that you're putting front brakes on it.
     
  7. It looks like stepped on toy. It's very 21st century. I never saw a bent frame in the '60s that was done intentionally.
