Excuse me if I get this wrong as I have new glasses, but that Green roadster that Loud Bang posted at a car show is certainly different. They cut out the fuel tank, which I understand, but the wheelbase? Im not knocking it though. I love this thread. Cheers

OK found another mother load of HUGE size photos (make great computer backgrounds).

All taken in 1963 in the Bay Area of Calif. From Hot Rod mag

5 a day of over 75 shots LOL

Some of the ones they couldn't identify first.

 

Every time I see Bay Area pictures from the early 60s , especially '63, I check them all for Tim Morgan's A coupe. He was friends with the Himsls and Art painted the car. It had a big Nailhead with 6 twos. He ran it a Kingdon drag strip near Lodi. We followed him home from the Oakland Roadster show, or tried to, and I think that was '63.

 

Checked all I have and sorry to say nothing on Tim Morgan sorry. Maybe in one of the still to come unidentified ones.
