My brother took hundreds of slide photos from the late '50s through the early '70s at Northern California car shows. I've been trying to get them for years from his widow. Maybe some day. Then I'll have to find a way to post them.

These cars were an influence on my build. I thought I lost the pics. I'd search around the net for them ever so often but, no luck.

Just by chance, I stumbled across them, yesterday.

 

Beautiful kustoms. But how do they fit the threads subject? Educate me please

Don, there seems to be a lot of 50's style cars in this thread, It used to bother me but now I just ignore the****le and enjoy the cars.

60's Style HotRods, Street, Race, Custom. Some are from the 60's some LOOK LIKE and are 60's STYLE

 

I totally agree with you. I try and I try to ignore, but my Tourettes told me to question the 40 & 41 buicks... [emoji851]

1941 Buick Roadmaster Convertible originally by Tony Pisano and Joe Pisano. In 1957 the Buick by then it had been bought by Herb Ogden who had brought the car to Barris Kustoms to have them freshen it up.

Sure. Sorry if I stepped on anybodys toes or something. I just think all those pre-and-post 60’s styled/looking kustoms made me a little insecure for a moment. I am enjoying this thread a lot. Thanks guys, keep on rockin’ in the free hamb world
