  11. I am glad to see this came back up again. Love those 60's rods, especially the channeled ones. Here is the latest (survivor) coupe I have been working on with assistance from good friends. Still working on it, but I finally got it running after it's 30+year hibernation.

  20. Excellent example. You didn't often see a '32 Plymouth as a basis either. I haven't seen Bill's coupe for quite a while but I remember it well.

  24. You kept some mighty fine company too! I have always loved your '57 and Baileys (sp) Mercury. I consider THAT to be the Best Mercury ever built. I have to ask...I've been looking for a very long time for a '59 Impala that was named "Poopsie"..It wore the name in a Little Book..Is your '59 the same car? If you're willing, more photos of those 3 cars would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for sharing them and Welcome to the HAMB. Centurion9

Well, thank you so much. You are right on the
money, that '59 chevy was owned by life long
friend Dick Rothfuss. It is indeed "poopsie"
We were all friends back then(still are) and of
course I have many pics. Here is a couple that
were taken as they were shooting pics for that
    very article you spoke of.

    Yep.

  29. That's just amazing to see that car after all these years! Thanks very much......There are also several threads concerning the Skirts you all shared. They had obvious impact on many of us who were around back then. Is the '59 still around? There are some photos of the Mercury here but it didn't fair very well at all after some updates. I feel like I won the lottery today! Thanks again......
