61 f100 rocker pannel

Replacing the step panel in my 61 unibody, the "rocker" underneath it is beyond shot as well and needs replaced.
Looking at this picture can anyone tell me if #14 is it, or is it just the outter facia edge?

Stating the 4" part on it makes me wonder. Of course I could call LMC or Carpenters and ask, just work odd hours and not always able to get ahold of anyone.

And of course I dont have a picture of my trucks parts i need with me at the moment.

 

OK, customer service at LMC makes me "think" thats the part I need. Anyone confirm it?

 

15 is the step and 14 is the strip on the out side of the step under the door.You could just use a piece of angle for the under support of the step plate.
