    So, is there a story behind the blue paint on the lower front of the fender and the ends of the front bumper on this car? Could it have been an attempt at camouflaging something? I don't imagine that it had anything to do with the timing lights. Maybe it was put there to give the competition something to ponder. :confused:

    I've heard stories of the owners of a cross-ram wedge car that marked their air cleaners "LEFT" and "RIGHT". It was just a red herring for any competitors who came snooping around their car in the pits.
