62-65 Superstock Mopars picture thread..

My birthday has p***ed. Not an appropriate anniversary present. Too early for Christmas. Guess I’ll have to p*** unless some of you fine gentlemen have extra pocket change laying around. Sure are some fine cars.

 

For a Detroit guy doesn’t get any better then this.

 

I only see one for sale, all the rest are sold.

 

Watched them all at Detroit dragway back in the 60's what a great time that was.

 

65 Front clip on a 63?

63's didn't have that roofline.

 

Good question...thought there is some fit issues at the cowl that kept that from happening?? Maybe not.

^^^That car belongs to my friend Jim at Racer Brown cams here in Maryland. It was painted by another friend of ours, Mark. It was lettered by a guy out of Pa. but not sure of his name. Think it turned out pretty good.

I'm not seeing why you think these two 65 Plymouths are older versions with newer front clips. They both look like normal 65 hardtops top me.

 

I agree, based on the roof line. If you can't see the difference between a 63 and a 65 I don't know what to tell you.
