I finally got The Buick in my name. I showed the Hemet DMV the same paperwork I showed at 2 DMVs in San Diego. They gave me plates and everything on the spot. Now I need some new lugnuts for the wheels What size should I buy?

I also need to replace some resistor wire that got cooked. I have never looked for this. Is it something I can go to NAPA and get a spool of? or do I need to hit the junkyard? Is the resistance built into the wire, or does the length of the wire have something to do with it?

    Thanks for the help
You guys have been WAY more helpful than the Buick Club Of America.
Once they find out that you dont plan on doing a restoration, you get snubbed.

    Thanks again

looks like you're getting snubbed here too!

    :D

you're lugnuts should be 1/2-20 thread.

as for the wire, you need it for your coil? if so you could just replace the resistance wire with regular wire, but add a ballast resistor from any parts store.
