This is a wonderful unrestored old pickup with great patina. Deluxe Custom Cab model finished in original J-Code "Rangoon Red" with "Corinthian White" roof and interior accent color. The Custom Cab option included the two-tone interior, plus upgraded exterior aluminum trim, grill, chrome bumper, etc. This is a very rare factory 292 V8 with floor shifted 4 speed manual. 118k original miles. It has the desirable short & wide bed. Ford sold this version only in the last portion of '63 (after reported problems with the Unibody trucks caused sales to slip). The '64's had completely different styling on the bed. The truck was sold new in Arkansas, but spent most of its life here in California (rear bumper is stamped by the original selling dealer in Arkansas: "Buel Smith Ford Sales, Corning, Ark"). The body condition is impressive. Really solid overall. Even the bed floor is solid (factory steel-not wood on this model). It starts easily and runs & drives. Original AM radio even works. It is totally stock, and can either be kept in its lovable unrestored state, or restored or rodded as you wish. It is a blank slate waiting for a new owner to bring it to the next level or just jump in and have fun! Great truck to haul your surfboards, dirt bikes, or use as a parts chaser.
