Just wondering if there are any early nova guys here. Question is, Should I dump my power ***ist steering for manual steering?

These steer fairly easily w/ manual steering. Not a bad choice if you want to get rid of that leaky cylinder and free up some room under the engine for headers, etc. Steering box is the same... you basically just need a center link and idler arm bracket IIRC.

As an aside, I just rebuilt the steering box in my '65. These are fairly easy to rebuild if you have someone that can make you a few specialty drivers for the bushings.
