    I think there was a story that GM tried to track down some of the surviving Stude engineers and hire them as consultants, knowing there had been a problematic learning curve. Gotta think the teams that did GM's T-tops would have some stories to tell as well. A friend was a GM zone rep in the 90s and said Camaro and Firebird t-top warranty work was spending all his retirement.

    Saw a real solid example for sale at our annual swap meet several years back. IIRC it was a little pricey, though not astronomical and it was a good car that didn't need a thing. I'm wondering if the old guy ever sold it.
