  13. Steve Bagwell was the last owner. I've been told he buried it in GA.

The Player in the group was our buddy Tony "goggles" Bettini. Linda didnt have a chance.

    Hey Jody

I put all my money together yesterday to make a stab at that car we talked about. All I could come with was enough for a Happy meal. Damn it , Still trying though. I'll call tonight.

Well I've killed alot of brain cells over the years, or maybe I've just never heard the story...but what is the Comet wagon that Brent Hajek owns? I thought it was the real deal?

I heard they buried the wagon behind the shop, after stripping any useable parts!!! I think Brent's wagon is also a clone as is his Dyno Don 64 Caliente. There are so many stories floating around about old race cars, who knows the truth anymore!!! Maybe we can get Heraldo Rivera[spelling?] to do a show on finding the truth about old race cars!!!! ROY.

I'm not so sure about the hardtop being a clone. Remember it was found after a long life of racing and he purchased it...well at least that's the story I heard.

the last time i saw the dyno don wagon was on easter sunday at southeastern dragway in dallas, ga. This was shortly after steve bagwell had sold it and to the best of my memory, it had no lettering and was in primer.
