64 Chev or 64 Ford Truck which do you prefer?

They made Ford pickups back then? I'm shocked as for as I knew the last Ford rolled of the assembly line in 1948. You learn something new every day.

I got the FORD and am not sorry! Its rocks.....

 

Gotta go practical on this one... Have had both as daily drivers, and as an average sized guy, 5'11" and 200 lbs, getting in and out of the chevy cab is a lot more comfortable. Pedal location in relation to the seat on the Ford was never comfortable either, always felt cramped... On the other hand, I'd KILL to have my '64 C10 cab and doors sound and feel as tight as most of the Fords I've been around. Sucks that my "secret" scrap yard (20 minute drive from home on a one lane-last-mile-dirt road is full of 60's and 70's Fords, and has almost no Chevy stuff. Parts for motor stuff is always a factor too... Scrubby
