64 comet shift collar

good day H.A.M.B I am replacing a 3spd on the tree for a 4spd. I would like to replace the 3spd shift collar for the proper one .can I use one from another car if so what car ?can I buy a new one ?

In the mean time, it's pot metal. You can shave it down, use some epoxy to shape the collar however you'd like. That's how mine is done.

I am originally from sarnia Ontario I moved to Winnipeg Manitoba in 1977 .I loved cars and trucks since I was a kid . I am a big ford fan like most people on H.A.M.B I would rather build it than buy it .I enjoy building and working on old cars I love to see the project when its finished
