Anybody know if there spindles from a disk brake car that will fit on a 64 Impala wagon? Looking at upgrading brakes. Bob

I have a brand new 2 inch dropped spindle disc brake kit from Superior Spindles. It cost me $705 shipped to my door. I bought them for a 63 wagon project. I am no longer building that car. The kit is AWESOME! The spindles are built STOUT! The caliper brackets are cast into the spindle. The kit came with stainless braided lines, huge single piston calipers and 12" cross drilled rotors. Plus, it has all new bearings and seals. I'd part with it if you are interested. PM me if you are. We can talk on price. The biggest problem I've seen with other cars discs bolting on, is the location of the X-frame cars lower ball joint. Their ball joint points down, most other vehicles ball joint points up. '65 - '82 Corvette spindles are a direct bolt up however you must use your steering arms. No problem but you have to drill the mounting holes to the Vette size. Charlie
I just got a pair of Scarebird brackets that bolt to my stock spindles. They fit 58-64s. They use 78 Monte Carlo master cylinder and rotors and S10 4x4 calipers. $95 + shipping. http://www.scarebird.com/4436.html
