I've got the fever for another long roof! I found a 64 Pontiac wagon that sounds pretty interesting. It's a 6 cylinder with a glide, just my speed!!! Let's see em'
Here's a Tempest (the only '64 Pontiac wagon sold in the USA with a six-banger). A Parisienne Safari with a rare 409/4-speed combo sold in Canada. Chevy drivetrains and ch***is were used so the six was available. ----- Bart -----
hey ..STRONG c.c long ago at willowbrook mall....i think this had one pump to the rear,if i remember correctly! If done right they can look killer!!! hey jeff did you see the ad for a '64 pontiac wagon on www.canadianrodder.com in the clasifieds????
Check with McPhail...he had a mid-late 60's Pontiac wagon for sale. Might still be ffor sale. It had an 8 in it, but it ran real well and looked kinda evil...I woulda bought it if it had been for sale before I bought my Freak-conoline.
Not really a pontiac but they are blood. I know of a couple pontiac wagons in the bushes 63 and 64 if you need parts. The blue wagon at Willowbrook belongs to Dave ****er and indeed has a single pump set up in the rear. He still has the car stored in his ba*****t. My parents had a 64 wagon when I was a baby, apparently it had "Merry Christmas" written in seam sealer, under the paint on the firewall... Same car had a rear axle snap on my Mother one morning, the wheel and tire actually p***ed her before she knew something was up...
Rocket, One of the guys here in the local Car club has a 64 Pontiac wagon for sale as well. its a 327 4 bbl with power steering and brakes. IT's a really decent car that he's driving daily. I think the price was about 3,000 CDN. The car is in Prince Albert, Sask. LMK, if you're interested i'll get you info. Fargo
