I just bought a LH reduction 671 blower which I'm going to convert to street. The shafts are too long (double gears)so can I use a hack saw or grinder to shorten the shafts or do I need replacement shafts? Does anyone know how difficult it would be to replace the shafts?( pull the pin and press out the old ones and press in the new and repin)
I know this isn't helping you, but even for free it's going to be more trouble than it's worth, and more expensive than simply buying one.
