Technical '69 Chevy 6 cyl rebuild (needed)

Hey guys, I have a '69 Chevy 250 block That I need to rebuilt.
Would love to have assembly as well, but I'll take the rebuild only.

Looking for recommendations for a good builder (hopefully) in Fl.
I'm on the central East coast, but don't mind driving.

Been trying to get the block rebuilt, but not as easy as I thought.
The head was redone with larger valves & a Lump port conversion, Clifford intake, Langdon header, new timing gears, cam, 2 bbl carb...
What happened was, I got a '68 that was (said to be) rebuilt by pep boys, turns out the last head bolt to tighten was helicoiled!
Took the wind outta my sails for a bit
