1952-59 Ford 6cyl 215 Original thermostat question

Rebuilding everything and wondering if anybody knows what temp the original thermostat was in a 6cyl 215? It has been boared out to a 223 but was wondering if the temp actually mattered. They sell 3 different temps 160, 180, 195 and all say they fit the 215. Thanks for the info.

I don't know what was original, but you can't go wrong with a 180.
