had a cruise night and show here on Vancouver Island on the weekend, so thought ya'll might like to see some pics - mostly shiney stuff but sixpac was there and here's proof! the man and the car with over 15 megs of pics, had to spread it around so the ISP doesn't freak out - the A&W gathering sat. evening has a page w/ thumbnails here from sun. there's the trucks and some 'vintage' here on webshots [I joined on the freebie to see how well it worked - kinda painfully slow on upload sunday nite ] and a file list here that has most of the rods you guys might find interesting, incl a few HAMB style sixpac - if you want any of these pics, just save'em as ya see'em
Great pix.I've wanted to go to that show for a while.My sister lived in Cumberland and told me about it.I went to the Shifters show and BBQ in Victoria and had a great time.Any pix?Could't afford the ferry and hotel this time.
I didn't make it down there - usually too busy in the summer to get to the outta town shows - if you make it to the Cruisers show next year, there's places in Cumberland to camp, including the show site I believe - or even my place! you might find this area a good source of parts, and material for yer woodwork and that reminds me of some other pics I should let youse guys here see - a recent trip to a bud's place on SaltSpring Island - a man to know if you need 39 Chev's and pieces
