Was doing a sound system in a definitely O/T car but found a paycheck stub from Lawrence Taylor when he played for the Giants .

  2. Bought an El Dorado from a pimp once, found an ounce of brown sugar under the back seat.

A couple of years back a fella bought a seize car at the federal auction in Florida he got two blocka sa way givbe or take and got pulled over. then he got busted for dope they found in the car and the car got seized again. I guess once the car changes hands from the govt it is yours and everything in it.

I don't know who that finally played out in court but they made a big deal about the bust and buyer beware on the news around here.

I have been working on cars for 30yrs.Some of the things I have found in customers cars include, sex toys, crack rocks,a check for 100k ,6 lbs of weed in a regular cab truck. In my personal cars,a late 80s shelby dodge had a dry cleaning reciept signed by Carrols wife,12 gauge shot gun, lots of tools,a wallet with $150 out of the dash of a car bought for my grandmother.Found the owner and returned it.A set of diamond earrings my wife still has,tag watch, and lots of other crap.

  6. I wish I had something cooler to contribute, but I just found a cigarette butt, a single page from a shop manual and a 21mm socket in my 54.

Hmm, might still have been some "silver certificate" bills around in 1978, even though you couldn't exchange them for silver coins after 1968 or so.
