700-R-4 Info please;

I just installed a 86 700-R-4 in my 51 Ford. Every part of driving and shifting works Grate. The one small problem I have is hooking up my Stock Spedo. The Tranny only has an Electrical output. The unit is removable from the Tailshaft but I haven't found the right Guy to tell me what to change to for a mechanical output for a cable drive. Who can Help?

you have to pull off the tailhousing and remove the reluctor, and replace it with a drive gear. you also have to replace the sensor with a sleeve and driven gear. tci transmissions web page has lots of info on which gears you'll need
