I'm having work done on my transmission and need to determine if my torque converter is a lock up or non lock up. I'm talking about the converter itself. Is there a way to determine this by looking at the converter itself? The only numbers I can find on my converter are stamped into the side. One half has K1 2G 748 and the other has K3 P010. Thanks, Brett
Based on my research I believe my torque converter is a DACCO. It has a "7" stamped between the vanes and I believe that means it has a stall of 1654 RPM. Does anyone know how to determine if it is a DACCO for sure? I have emailed the company but haven't heard back yet. Thanks, Brett
