78 Blue Bird Bus / need ideas and info

I just purchased a 78 Blue Bird bus that I am planning on converting into a livable motorhome . and I need ideas
1.is that I need to be able to haul at least 2 harleys in the rear of the bus so what I would like to do is hinge the top above the door to allow more access also I would like to ad a reinforced wheel chair lift to be used for loading the bikes . the other thing is to make the rest of the bus as comfortable as a living quarters as possible

I was referred to your board to get Ideas about converting the bus from another member , I also do hotrods 67 gtx 68 road runner 69 road runner , 71 polara , 56 vicky , 41 chev master sedan delux , 32 ford 1/2 ton , just to name a few from my past .... mostly I am a Mopar man ...... but am non bias to others

That thing is huge. You can make a quite comfortable domicile out of that. Plus a bowling alley,if need be!

Thanks guys I will check it out , the wife and I do aproxamitly 30 bike and car shows and flea markets as vendors a year and we just want to start this year off in comfort and style
