8 lug wheels

Does any manufacturer make 8 lug slotted aluminum 15" wheels ? Ive been googleing and find steel but no aluminum.

I am not aware if anyone still makes them maybe try a catalog speed shop, call and ask them. Or look around for some used ones, I see them in the classifieds from time to time.

 

I've seen them on a few camper specials from the 60s 70s....

I'm still surfing for this and it looks like the easy way is just an 8 lug to 5 lug adapter.

 

Could you use 16.5's instead of 15's? I've got a set that I don't think I want to use on my suburban anymore that I'd let go. Two are 16.5 x 9.75 and two are 16.5 x 8.25. Two are Shelby Cal 500 and two are Western Wheels. Don't remember which two are which.

 

Sorry... I didn't see the 15" prerequisite!
