Smooth crankshaft sleeve & neoprene seal. 3.313 x 4.250. Speedway Motors does not list this particular assembly anymore. The assemblies they list are $3,799.99 without main bearings. $1,000.00 is for the block & main caps. NO bolt on parts included but I have them if you need them. I will sell the SCAT assembly separate but I won't sell the block separate. I can have the block bored and the valve seats ground for you. No waiting on another shops promises.
