97 Strombergs & adapter??

I have just aquired these 2 Stromberg 97's and Edelbrock adapter. Can someone ***ist me as to thier value? Also what is the adapters application?

Is it a Y adapter? Not sure on that but it seems like 97s are going for $100-$150 each on egay for complete rebuildable cores. big logos seem to be on the higher end of that.

are they worth that? yeah I guess.
