It's either a fresh built Mooneyham blower in the box or a bunch of bricks, we will see.

IMG_8749.jpg IMG_8748.jpg Well, the box did NOT have a bunch of bricks in it.

IMG_9681.jpg IMG_9683.jpg After installing my motor, I realized that my transmission wasn't shifting, it looks like my pump has one heck of a deep wear groove.

Sorta. Portsmouth is in NH, but the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is in Kittery, ME. Go figure.

Looks like the torque converter wasn't fully seated on the tangs of the pump gear and then the trans was forced against the block. The torque converter should always be free spinning with the engine bolted to the trans. I believe there is 1/8" of gap before bolting the tc to the flywheel. You may also have interference with the torque converter spacer/support bushing in the crank. Good luck.

Today I called and spoke with Mike at http://www.mikestransmission.com
He's building me a new pump on Monday.

I didn't notice before I installed the convertor. There was a small worn piece of metal on the hub of the convertor, when I bolted it to the flywheel, the peice of metal blocked the hub from going in the crankshaft hole, at least thats what it looks like.

I bought a few magnesium parts this weekend to dress up the newer Hemi. I also bought a Mickey Thompson magnesium intake but I think I'm to lazy to take the Crager off and switch it. IMG_9705.jpg IMG_9706.jpg IMG_9707.jpg
