I am in North Carolina and it being an estate sale previously and no ***le is a problem. I found out the hard way. I bought a car and had the ***le, bill of sale and a copy of the power of attorney to the person that signed the ***le. I spent a lot of money resto modding the car and went to the DMV. I had to have an original power of attorney from the Richmond courthouse. I got lucky and found the person on Linked In and called her. She went to the courthouse and got an original.

This was 10 years after the p***ing of her brother. I got lucky. The DMV told me that because it was in the name of a deceased I couldn't even do a bonded ***le.

    Don't walk. Run.
