just wanted to give a big thank you to travis.

he had posted about the use of GM heater valves. i PM'd him asking if he had anything sitting around that would fit the core of my pontiac. he pm'd me back saying he did and would send me one.

got it in the mail today. he says he cleaned it up for me. the thing looks damn near brand new.

what did he ask for this part i had no luck in locating? the price of shipping. very cool of him.

now i can finally be warm in this cold ass seattle winter, and my girlfriend will finally ride in the car!!

being somewhat new to this whole "old car" thing, i feel i've probably taken more than given on this board. i'm hoping that as i learn more and aquire more i will be able to return his favor somehow, and be able to help some others in the future.

    THANK YOU TRAVIS

Ask Travis about his trip to Texas. About all the sites he ended up seeing was the Flyrite Chopper shop. I think he spent darn near his whole trip jammin' on the EvilFordCoupe to get it running for the Drags.

Very cool guy. Viva La HAMB.

hey donnie, sorry man. i checked the web site, but all i see is seperate front and back kits at about 80 bucks a piece. that's a bit more than 115.00.

if you have the part number, i could look it up that way.

yep, travis rocks. got a pile of interior stainless screws in the mail from him the other day. and the one missing window crank for the olds. if everybody pitches in that owes travis, we should be able to buy him a new house or something...

  9. Thanks guys!!

Not a problem on my end... You're helping me clean out my garage!! And soon I will have a couple more things for Unkl Ian, BigDaddy, and SpeedAddict.

And I like VonEyeball's suggestion although we did just get a "new" house (Built in 1918!) I would LOVE to get a new GARAGE!!!!

    Thanks and keep on HAMBin'...

    Travis
