Hot rodding’s other Joey generally has a great eye for proportion and a knack for doing things unconventionally. Should be a fun one to follow along with.

The car has no rear suspension or steering but you feel the need to jump in and say his alignment will ****.

Any particular reason with out any of the relevant parts in place? Or maybe you’ve just got a crystal ball?

    1. If you bend steering arms out you CAN run the tie rod in front with no ill effects. the line for akerman runs through the spindle and continues on the front side. get close to the line and you're golden.

    2. I mocked it up with the wrong steering arms and an old tie rod just so I could roll it outside without fighting the wheels. this car will have the tie rod behind the axle, I just don't have the parts yet.

There are enough people that bag on other peoples progress, don't be one of them. if you have a concern, you can voice it to me and I will either accept it and change, or tell you why I have weighed the options and chose what I did.

Hope you have a great day! :D

    Already onto it Joey .

But for those a little greener than others, are there build threads for the afore mentioned previous rides? @BigJoeArt

@Outback there are a couple for the newer ones. Older ones have off topic power.

Surf bug: Profile picture, "OT" for the forum but my cheap high school hotrod, with a 36 ford dash, 34 ford windshield, bias plies and chrome reverse wheels. as close as I could get to an early ford hot rod as a broke teenager.

Bathtub buggy, slammed white 70 bug, backdated with early 60s parts and fenders and slammed to within a couple inches of the ground. also OT

Tamale wagon: Totally in the spirit of this forum, rejected by some higher up, locked thread showing history here:
    https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/a-historical-oddball-or-the-tamale-wagon.1142420/
and a couple posts in my "just a big model (T)" build thread, bringing parts home from Oklahoma. its driven thousands of miles every year.

Fetal position coupe: 26-7 t coupe, I built in three months, the thread was started by the guy who bought it, then he asked for me to give a rundown of how I built it, so the first couple pages are the build thread when I had it:
