A Block Feature For Thread Starter

I have had one of my threads turn in to an argument, and seen a another good thread turn into an argument in the last two weeks.

I asked for my thread to be locked

My thought is to have a block feature that would allow the thread starter to block trouble makers who just want to argue form replying or further replying to a thread.

This would only be for the thread starter, and hopefully keep the Moderators from having to get involved.
