I DID check tech archives, but was not surprised there was nothing;).

I had to replace A/C compressor (Sanden, it was a used one) on my Hot Rod, but I believe pulleys and clutch are still good. Could someone tell me how to remove the old pulleys and clutch, in case I need either in the future?
I can understand if no response, as I very well know that Traditional hot rods absodamnedlutely do not have A/C. But indulge me this once, I am old, I drive the snoot out of my Hot Rod, but sometimes, very rarely, I need it. I much prefer my arm hanging out the window and the cowl vent open, that is why I added A/C only last year.

I do NOT HAVE electric windows, cruise control, a trailer, door poppers, I open my hood, doors, and trunk manually.
I do have PS, PB (front disc), AT, XM radio, as I mentioned, I drive it.

if you take the bolt out of the hub you find a set of threads in the pully screw in the tool and remove from the shaft .you might be able a large bolt .might be best to drop by a ac shop and have them remove it takes about minute with correct tool

You can rent them for free at the cheaper big box auto parts stores like Autozone.

Thank y'all very much. I'm going to the garage and check it out, and there is an Auto Zone in town.
    Again, many thanks,

I put it all back together, be easier to find if I should need it. I think mine is your first illustration.
    BTW, love that Olds.
