Well the colors were suppose to be blue and Gold not yellow but you get the idea. I think that it should be channeled but seeing how that car is almost finished I would say keep the frame black and paint the firewall white.

 

I think a metallic color would work great with white, maybe blue. Silver Blue from a '63 Corvette or Nassua Blue from a '66. Seeing several of these pics makes me ask, when did racing stripes come in, about '65-'66? I'm guessing that because of the Shelby's haveing them.

a touch more up in the front, and some piecrusts and I think you got it nailed stancewise..Like those headers much more as well...

perfect stance!!!!!!!! How bout some small windows up front, and some torques w/big cheaters on the back? Great car!!!!!!

 

I'm thinkin yellow or blue or red tinted windows. Best thing about the sixties is you can kinda go nuts with it, think street freak. Nice car, have fun!

 

Don't have much in pictures. when my first wive through me out, didn't get much. Started building it in 53 when I was 17. Body was 31 A , chopped and channled over 32 zee'd rails with a suicide front end. It was powered by a stock 50 Olds with duel carbs. Busted up the trans. on the first run that day. But it was a lot of fun, oh to be young again.
P S It was welded with coat hangers.
