All: My popster is an old hand here at the HAMB and since we are suddenly and unexpectedly to me starting a project to build a vintage drag car he told me to get on over here and check it out. I am but a mere housewife, he is a true old geezer with a life of wrenching experience. With two new knees and post polio survivors syndrome he is not a superb candidate for driving a drag car. I, apparently, am. This car in the works will be our first real father daughter project, a project to take advantage of his vast knowledge and skills. My mom is aghast. If anyone has had the golden opportunity to work with their dad or someone equally special on a dream project I would love to hear from you. My car knowledge is very rudimentary but I suspect that is about to change. Thedollysmama
I always enjoyed both my daughters help when building my '32 roadster back in 1964---Later, they both enjoyed riding in the rumble seat. Can you believe it??----50 yrs.ago---Enjoy her help---Time flies!---Don
