Hey all, I thought I had posted to the Intro thread, but I see now I didn't. OOPS... Anyway, its simple really. Got a '61 Ranchero (thats a Ford Falcon truck, ya'll), blood red but faded badly. PO replaced 170ci inline 6 with a 200 out a '67 Falcon, C4 and 8" diff. All else is unrestored. Does bother me too much, will do small body work (cancer in usual places), paint and interior as funds/time allow. Truck bought in Kyle ("south of Round Rock, Texas") and now calls Houston home. PO's grandfather bought in new in Cali... Gathering lists of improvements/mods. Want a very mild custom with emphasis on daily driver. First thing I gotta install tiedown D-rings for my Norton (a truck is pretty important to vintage bike owners!)... -David in Sugar Land, TX
