This thing was set up for an independent front end. I'm adding '32 frame horns and a new crossmember this week...

I got a crossmember tacked in today. I'll update when I get the front end assembled.

[flame suit on] I still find it hard to believe you cut up a "Boyd" frame. [flame suit off]

The engine mounts are next to go. The damn things are solid billet. I'm replacing them with some biscuit style mounts that will sit the engine much lower in the chassis.

The Nova was in the HAMB classifieds and no one was interested. I had to beg a man to give me $1200 for it with $800 in new parts in the trunk. I cut two coils up front and installed two inch blocks in the rear. It had NO rust.

The shell is a Whippet. They are the new Deuce shell. Glad I go one early. (Thanks to HAMBer Overspray).

Only one of those kids is mine. The others just hang around and eat all my snacks. Their moms call them home when I'm drinking though - I tend to drink much more after I figured that out....
